The exhaust products manufactured by Ultrafit Manufacturing Inc. (and its trademarks) are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship, and also against rust-out, for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of installation or eighteen (18) months from the date of purchase from Ultrafit Manufacturing Inc., whichever period of time is shorter. Ultrafit Manufacturing Inc. will, at its option, either refund the amount you paid or provide you with a replacement part at no charge provided that the defective item is returned to Ultrafit Manufacturing Inc. within the time period in the preceding sentence.

The above warranties are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. No oral or written information or advice given by Ultrafit Manufacturing Inc., its employees, distributors or agents shall increase the scope of the above warranties or create new warranties.

Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. In that event, any implied warranties are limited in duration to twelve (12) months from the date of installation or eighteen (18) months from the date of purchase from Ultrafit Manufacturing Inc., whichever period is shorter. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights, which wary from state to state.

Limitation of remedies:

Regardless of whether any remedy set forth herein fails of essential purpose, in no event will Ultrafit Manufacturing Inc. be liable to you for any special, consequential, indirect or similar damages, including any lost profits, business or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any other party.

Some states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liabilities for incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.In no case shall the liability of Ultrafit Manufacturing Inc. exceed the purchase price for the exhaust pipes.
